    依据民政部、全国妇联印发《关于加强新时代婚姻家庭辅导教育工作的指导意见》以及民政部《关于开展婚俗改革试点工作的指导意见》，帮助全国婚俗改革试点，进行婚姻登记场所文化建设，设计、承建婚姻文化墙、婚姻文化展厅或者婚俗文化基地等，宣传优秀传统婚俗文化，弘扬“风雨同舟、相濡以沫、责任共担、互敬互爱”的婚姻理念。

    法国大巴黎地区77省内Fontaine Leport市市长 简雷蒙德先生夫妇与刘秉季先生洽谈中西方中法两国婚俗文化旅游交流活动，最后成功互赞。

    Mr. and Mrs. Jane Raymond, mayor of Fontaine leport in 77 provinces of Greater Paris, France, and Mr. Liu Bingji discussed the cultural exchange activities of marriage customs between China and France, and finally successfully praised each other.

2015年07月22日，美国婚俗文化研究者弗兰德（Flender）与中国婚俗文化专业委员会主任刘秉季沟通交流。

常人春：青年时代即潜心钻研北京史地民俗。对以北京为主的中国北方民间岁时节年、婚丧嫁娶、庙会集市、宗教信仰、戏曲杂技等，无不精通，被誉为“北京通”。出版的著作有：《老北京的风俗》、《红白喜事——旧京婚丧礼俗》等。

    刘秉季与袁守启（国家发展和改革委员会宏观经济研究院研究员，宏观经济学、可持续发展学博士生导师；中国东方文化研究会会长、中国宏观经济研究会副会长、中国书法艺术研究院院长。特殊贡献：创造方正启笛字体）相识于2016年6月13日，成立了婚俗文化专业委员会。

    Liu Bingji and Yuan Shouqi (researcher of Macroeconomic Research Institute of national development and Reform Commission, doctoral supervisor of macroeconomics and sustainable development; President of China Oriental Culture Research Association, vice president of China Macroeconomic Research Association, President of China Calligraphy Art Research Institute.)     刘秉季与彭林（清华大学博士生导师、中国社会科学院古代文明研究中心客座研究员）第一次相识于2015年07月14日下午15.30在清华大学办公室。他去拜访彭林教授，当时工作人员交代只有30分钟的交谈时间，请勿超时。当他把《中国婚礼》杂志赠送给彭林后，他俩聊起中国婚礼话题，滔滔不绝，时间到了，工作人员催促结束，彭林教授却说今天不会客了，哈哈，一下子谈了两个半小时，刘秉季才离开清华大学。

Frank Liu Bingji first met Peng Lin (doctoral supervisor of Tsinghua University and guest researcher of the Center for Ancient Civilization Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences) at the office of Tsinghua University at 15.30 p.m. on July 14, 2015. He went to visit Professor Peng Lin, and the staff explained that there was only 30 minutes of conversation time, so please do not exceed the time limit. After he gave Peng Lin the magazine "Chinese Wedding" as a gift, they talked endlessly about Chinese wedding topics. When the time came, the staff urged the end, but Professor Peng Lin said that he wouldn't have guests today. Haha, after talking for two and a half hours, Liu Bingji left Tsinghua University.

   自2013年6月17日起，刘秉季和陈富美（亚洲婚礼文化协会副会长、婚纱设计大师、著名婚礼文化学者。）认识后，多次一起探讨中国婚庆行业发展趋势以及参加各类国内婚庆活动和高峰论坛，刘秉季还为陈富美设计的婚纱作品进行摄影创作。

   Since June 17, 2013, Liu Bingji and Chen Fumei (vice president of the Asian Wedding Culture Association, master of wedding dress design, and famous wedding culture scholars.) After knowing this, he discussed the development trend of China's wedding industry and participated in various domestic wedding activities and summit forums.     刘秉季与蔡美月（台湾人，创立的“蔡美月国际婚纱”品牌，成为国际知名品牌，中国婚纱品牌第一人，获奖无数。）相识于2011年，十几年交往，亲如兄弟，几乎年年都要坐一起聊聊。

    Liu Bingji and CAI Meiyue (Taiwanese, founded the brand of "Cai Meiyue international wedding dress", which has become an internationally renowned brand and the first wedding dress brand in China, and has won numerous awards.) We met in 2011 and have been in contact for more than ten years. We are as close as brothers. We have to sit together and chat almost every year.

    刘秉季与台湾《影楼视觉》总编辑黄飞鸿先生相识在2012年，一见如故，多次应黄飞鸿之邀，多次参加海峡两岸举办的高端摄影发展峰会。

    Liu Bingji met with Mr. Huang Feihong, the chief editor of Taiwan's studio vision. In Zhengzhou in 2012, he was as good as old at first sight. At the invitation of Huang Feihong for many times, he participated in the high-end photography development summit held by both sides of the Taiwan Strait for many times.

    刘秉季与杨彦（画家，《人民书画院》国画院院长。）相识于2012年8月17日，他俩同时应邀参加由黑龙江省妇联、齐齐哈尔市委、市政府主办的首届中国齐齐哈尔扎龙国际婚礼文化节，作为嘉宾出席活动，从北京飞往齐齐哈尔。

    Liu Bingji and Yang Yan (painter, President of the people's Academy of painting and calligraphy.) They met on August 17, 2012. They were also invited to attend the first China Qiqihar Zhalong international wedding culture festival hosted by Heilongjiang women's Federation, Qiqihar Municipal Party committee and Qiqihar Municipal government.
